OptiFC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Electronic Arts, Twitch, or any streamers featured on our platform.

4.3 Fair Use

Our analytics and insights are provided under fair dealing principles for informational, educational, and commentary purposes in accordance with the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

14.2 Jurisdiction

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in India. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, invalid, or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and OptiFC regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
